RPM Law was founded by Ryan McPhee to help real people navigate real-world legal scenarios. With roots in Washington State, Ryan has made adventure and genuine human connection main pillars in his life.
Since the 1990's, his passions for alpine climbing (rock and ice), backcountry snowboarding, and adventure have taken him to over 30 countries throughout the world. Ryan has checked off numerous climbing first ascents and significant snowboard descents, including Mt. McKinley (Denali). Additionally, Ryan has several years of mixed martial arts experience, giving him the discipline, work ethic, and mental fortitude to rise to any challenge.
Now, Ryan devotes much of his time to his law practice, his two young children, and his golf game. Some call it settling down. Others might say Ryan is just getting started on his next adventure: to serve your legal needs.
Ryan has over 20 years of extensive hands-on experience to back his law practice. Formerly specializing in business management, residential & commercial construction, and real estate development, Ryan is not just another lawyer who went through law school then purchased a billboard ad. When undertaking legal matters, experience is paramount.

Further bolstering his portfolio, Ryan earned his degree with a concentration in Business & Commercial Law from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. Ryan is an active member of the Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada Real Property Section, and State Bar of Nevada Construction Section. Additionally, Ryan is a Licensed B-2 and B-3 General Contractor and Real Estate Licensee in the State of Nevada.
